What exactly do I get?
One CSV file with 2,595,434 Shopify stores. 1,923,539 of them have an email. 198,491 have a phone number. Every row has 68 columns covering domain, store name, country, category, theme, installed apps, tech stack, and first/last seen dates.
Is this a subscription?
No. $149 USD, one-time. You pay once, you get a download link, you're done. We will never charge your card again. We're as surprised as you are. The $399/yr StoreRadar Annual is the only recurring option, and it's opt-in.
How fresh is the data?
We refresh the database daily. We monitor Shopify infrastructure and SSL/certificate logs continuously. Your download is the latest snapshot at checkout.
How is this different from an ecommerce database subscription?
The big ecommerce databases are great $250/month products. Most people subscribe, export once, cancel. We sell you that export for $149 and skip the subscription. If you need a live dashboard, weekly updates, and an account manager, keep the subscription. If you just need the file, buy us.
Is the contact data legal to use?
Yes. Emails and phone numbers come from publicly available sources: store contact pages, public registrations, social profiles. You're still responsible for compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and your local rules when you send.
Can I share the CSV with my team or clients?
Use it inside your company / for your clients, yes. Reselling it, reposting it publicly, or building it into a product other people can access, no. That last one is a commercial data license, just ask.
What format is the file?
Standard CSV, UTF-8, ~480 MB. Opens in Excel, Google Sheets (via import), Numbers, Airtable, pandas, DuckDB. Excel will sweat a little; pandas won't blink.
Can I license the data for my product or platform?
Yes. The $149 file is for your own use. If you want to put our data inside your own product, platform, or feed where your customers can see it, that's a commercial data license: from $7,500/year, with refreshes, scoped to your usage (the standard file isn't licensed for redistribution). Tell me what you're building and I'll scope it.
Do I get a refund if I'm not happy?
If the file is corrupted, won't open, or comes in short of the row counts on this page, full refund, no questions. Beyond that, since you can preview real rows before paying, all sales are final. (2am buyer's remorse is real, but the data still works in the morning.)
